A nice place to hang out. Great environments, nice songs were played and various type of drinks, but for the foods were just so so. The building’s design are based on France style or maybe British. Anyhow its definitely worth you a visit.
I went for my candle light dinner with my dear khaisui there for my birthday dinner. Frankly, this not the right place to have a candle light dinner, but since I never been there, so it worth for a try. I ordered 2 glasses of beers, 1 is Kilkenny and another 1 is Heineken. You can check that out in the photo gallery.
The inner side were kinda dark and the lights were too dim to take a shot. Luckily I had my fast prime lens attached, and set my camera to ISO3200. So I still managed to take few shots in it. I’m impressed with the D90 on handling noise, even at ISO3200 it still performed admirably!
Sorry for the long delay in Part II. Been busy in study for the past few weeks on my MCSE exam. Had my exam taken yesterday and passed, the next paper will be 2 weeks later. In the mean time, I’d filtered a few more photos taken during Gary & Geni wedding ceremony, so there you go.
I just randomly filtered with those highlights on that day, so probably nothing new compared to the Part I. Same scene, same place, same peoples and of cause, same groom and bride. Lol…. 😀 Actually it should be more to show, but due to time constraints, so just done what I’m capable to do right now, in terms of mentally and physically state. Don’t misunderstanding, it just means that I’m tired after recent weeks of preparation for the exam.
So will there be another Part III coming up? Probably not! Same theory that when a movie coming out too many series like Jurassic Park Part 1,2 and 3, peoples get bored of it. Same old dinasaurs yet just diff story. Same applied to here that same old peoples yet nonetheless that same old story!
Comments and Critics are welcomed! Besides, whatever you think that I could done better and improve, please do say so!
Their wedding ceremony and dinner were both held on the 3/1/2009. We’re here to congratulate them have a happily ever marriage. We wish them to have brought a new life on earth ASAP. 😀 As usual, being his buddy I need to help him to take photo on that day. I never shot on any wedding event before, so this was the 1st time, my virgin shot on wedding event. 🙂
Please don’t compare those photos with other paid photographer, I’m not being paid, so perfect photos were not in questionable/requestable as like other customers do. But then I will still give it my best shots for my buddy! By the way, just wanna highlighted that, I’m just helping to take photo for my personal interests, it’s not my job!
I lent my car to my buddy as their wedding’s car, you may check that out later in gallery. The day before the wedding, I have sent my car for a full 3 layers polish+wax which cost me RM150. Was it shinning enough? Can see the reflection? 😀 The bestman and bridesmaid were Victor & Maggie. And the best performer goes to Derick. All my votes were on him because he’s doing all the hard jobs given. Of cause, rest of the “brothers” were cool too, very sporting and funny. At the end of day, we were so drunk, look at the pic #18, you’ll know what I meant!
Ok, here you go. It just some photos that I have filtered and edited, so it’s part 1. There are more to come later when I’m free. Do come back some times to check it out.
Wondering where is it? Well, you ain’t gonna find it in Malaysia, it’s located in Melbourne, Australia. Taylors Hill is an area name, while Eloura Place is the residential name as like what we used “Taman Eluora” in Malaysia. It’s located about 20-30 minutes drive from Melbourne city, depend on whether you use paid highway or normal city road. Logically say it’s not really an outskirt place because considered Australia geographic size, then you’ll know how near it was.
We bought this house at AUD320K and coming to AUD350K now including all charges and fees, during the the highest exchange rate currency at Australia which was 3.1xx, luckily now they dropped tremendously to around 2.4xx now. Else we might end up paying for RM 1+ million for it. Now the houses were built and ready for purchaser to do inspection on the house before they hand it over to purchaser. I’m kinda impressed that they were very efficient in the way that the houses were built in less than 6 months. And it included some basic furnitures like in-built closet for every rooms, kitchen area, long bathtub and so. That means you can moved in straight with minimal furnitures.
My sisters went for the house inspection and took a few shots with their camera phones few weeks back. I would like to share some of the photos they took with you. Quality of the photo might compromised abit due to resize and was using camera phone, don’t expect too much pls! There were many photos she took but I’m not going to post every single pictures, just share some and let you see the overall picture of the house.
I’m impressed that the kitchen were furnished all together, not like in Malaysia where you need to do it your own.
It said to be total of around 3800Sq ft, but I doubt it. Look at the frontyard, perhaps need to be there to see to believe.
Stupid developer who installed a lamp post just in front of the main entrance. Luckily it’s not exact middle of the entrance. Else we might need to tear it down…:(
Car porch garage….
The sky were so blue…yes, that’s my neighbour house.
Floor plan of the build up area, not the whole unit land area.
